Refund policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging with all components
  • Products with opened or damaged packaging are not eligible for a refund
  • All complimentary items must be returned to be eligible for a refund
  • Reshipped orders are final sale and cannot be returned
  • A $15 return fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

We are only able to process returns or exchanges for orders placed directly on our website. Items purchased from retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase in accordance with the retailer’s return or cancellation policy and cannot be returned through our website.

What items are eligible for return?

  • Full-size products that are unused, unopened, and in original condition

What items are not eligible for return?

  • Create Your 3 Piece Set
  • Create Your 6 Piece Set
  • All Samples and Discovery Sample Sets
  • Any item with opened cellophane or damaged packaging

Is there a return fee?

Yes, a $15 return fee applies. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once delivered, receiving, processing, and inspection can take 5–10 business days. We ask that you allow this time and contact our team if your return has not been processed after 10 business days.

Will I get a full refund?

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Used or damaged items may be denied or issued as store credit.

Promotional codes and offers applied to your order are forfeited upon return.
