I received my order and itemizer is not working properly. I reached out and got a dismissive response telling me clean off the dust using a Q-tip. The email did not even say to reach out if that does not resolve. The smell is great but the experience has been very disappointing. This was my first and perhaps last time ordering. Many other brands out there at this price point.
